- Successfully managed more than 25 releases with each release comprising of a portfolio of around 40 internal applications that were used by Relationship Managers in the Private Banking division of a Tier 1 Swiss bank. The new features and change requests for these applications were rolled out into production 8 times annually as standard releases.
- Successfully steered all the projects in the release, tracking integration, regression and performance testing of each project, driving the User Acceptance Testing for the entire release and planning and coordinating the go-live phase of the release on deployment days.
- Responsible for the risk assessment, coordination and execution of any exception or emergency deployments along with ensuring that all the necessary approvals for the exception requests are in place.
- Effectively managed all the test environments and ensured minimum downtime to avoid any delays in the release activities. In case of any outages, successfully steered the the task force teams to resolve the outages and implement preventive measures.
