  • Successfully managed more than 15 Go-live events for a multi year (4 years), multi million (60 mCHF) Payments Transformation Program for a Tier 1 Swiss bank that replaced its legacy payments infrastructure with a new payments platform.
  • During each go-live event, planned and orchestrated execution of more than 200 activities by different work streams spanning across 36 hours to ensure a fully running payments platform after the go-live of new release.
  • Successfully managed all the stakeholders, defined risk tolerance for critical go-live tasks and mitigated issues that could cause delays or block the go-live by organizing various dress rehearsals and production checks in advance.
