- Currently leading an AML transformation program for a Tier 1 bank in Bangkok, Thailand as the Program Manager. The program aims to rollout the new AML solution to 14 locations of the bank in Asia in the next 18 months.
- Leading the strategy, roadmap and organization setup for the multi-country rollout along with the first implementation for Hong Kong and Malaysia consisting of more than 20 team members spread across 3 locations. As the program manager, driving the planning, execution and delivery of the multiple streams for Hong Kong and Malaysia rollout.
- Bi-weekly reporting to the Steering Committee including the Chairman & President of the bank on the program status and providing delivery consulting expertise to the STC on issues, risks and future roadmap for the program.
