Nicholas “Nick” Konstadt has more than 15 years of experience in food and beverage service, during which he has worked with bars and restaurants in the northeast and Nevada. For three years, Nicholas Konstadt worked with the Myriad Restaurant Group, initially serving as the Tribeca Grill’s purchasing manager in Manhattan.
After a year in the role, he was promoted to director of purchasing and back of house. While maintaining the company’s quality, Nick Konstadt implemented multiple systems that reduced overall costs. Alongside overseeing the company’s on-site operations, he was responsible for managing off-site events.
After leaving the firm, Nicholas Konstadt moved to Massachusetts and became a bartender with Latitude 43 and the Minglewood Tavern. Over the following years, he would hold a similar position with several other bars, such as Harvard Gardens in Boston.
Throughout this time, he regularly attended events and expos related to the industry. Outside of work Mr. Konstadt enjoys several hobbies, including biking and taking nature walks, alongside swimming.
