Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
Obtains list of rooms that need to be cleaned.
Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
Perform all duties in the safest possible manner and report all incidents and health &safety concerns to the supervisor or manager.
Clean and sanitize galley and dining areas.
Make and or fill coffee, juice, tea, and other available beverages.
Break down and clean steam table
Washes pots, pans, and trays.
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Stocks and sets up tables.
Washes and peels vegetables and other food as directed by cook.
Wash pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
Refill all condiments and stock as needed
All other duties as assigned.
