Nadia Al-Aydi is a New Jersey-based pharmaceutical sales executive who has worked at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation since 2010 and serves as senior brand manager of the US Oncology Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) and Soft Tissue Sarcoma (STS) team. She previously served as director of strategy and operations for the company's US Oncology Breast/Solid Tumor franchise, for which she successfully launched the Breast Cancer Disease Area Attitudinal Segmentation strategy across three brands three months ahead of schedule. Nadia Al-Aydi's previous roles at Novartis include senior product manager for its US GILENYA brand team and area sales manager for its cardiovascular specialty division.
Since joining Novartis, Nadia Al-Aydi received the 2015 Global Marketing Excellence Award and was nominated for both the President's Innovation Award and President's Diversity & Inclusion Award. She also completed the Novartis Professional Leadership Development Program upon nomination.
Ms. Al-Aydi previously held sales positions with pharmaceutical companies DynaVox Technologies and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. She joined the latter as a healthcare representative in 1993 and earned numerous sales awards and accolades through 15 years with the company. She holds a bachelor's degree in biology and psychology from Columbia University.
