Act as the central point of contact between NOC teams, field technicians, vendors, and clients
Plan, schedule, and track on-site network installations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities

Coordinate remote engineers and on-site technicians during network cutovers and critical incident resolution
Prepare and manage work orders, site surveys, installation checklists, and close-out documentation
Validate network configurations (routers, switches, firewalls, APs) before and after deployment
Proactively escalate risks, blockers, or delays and drive timely resolution
Review installation deliverables including photos, test results, and performance reports
Support post-deployment monitoring, handover to NOC, and operational stabilization
