  • This MSc project is based on the application of SRA: Strategic risk appraisal is the analysis of risks (technical, social and financial; with a variety of attributes) across an organisation’s portfolio.
  • This project will develop an evidence base in the areas of soil, air and water pollution, using readily available data from sources including the Environment Agency and Defra, to provide a comparison of different types of pollution and evaluate whether a proposed mechanism of prioritisation will work with these different types of pollution.
  • The MSc project looks to adress:
  • How a proposed SRA tool could be used when comparing three different areas of pollution;
  • The use of such a tool to inform decision processes; and
  • The communication of the information within the tool.
