Michael DesRochers is the founder and managing director of PoliteMail Software in Greenland, New Hampshire. He established the software-as-a-service (SaaS )company in 2006 and continues to oversee all product design and sales activities. In 2018, Inc. magazine ranked PoliteMail as one of the publication’s 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies. The same year, NH Business Review named PoliteMail among its Companies to Watch. Prior to founding PoliteMail, Michael DesRochers spent 15 years as chief executive officer of the technology marketing agency MicroArts, also in New Hampshire.
Mr. DesRochers studied computer science at the University of New Hampshire, graduating with a bachelor of science in 1986. During his time at the school, he served as president of his fraternity. When he is not leading operations at PoliteMail, his interests range from vegetable gardening and small farming to antique cars and homes. He owns a 1957 Thunderbird and lives in a house built in 1743.
