Matthew Hamory, a principal at KPMG Strategy, currently serves as the firm’s U.S. consumer and retail strategy leader. With more than 17 years of management consulting experience, Matthew Hamory has worked with consumer organizations in the food and drug sector as well as specialty retailers and wholesalers.
Throughout his career, Matthew Hamory has exhibited an affinity with people development and relationship building. As a partner at Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm, Matthew Hamory was involved with firm-wide recruiting for the North American market, helping to define campus and experienced recruiting tactics. Additionally, he served on the practice group’s principal review committee and the external partner review committee as well. His focus on executive client relationships resulted in driving the company’s North American and global business revenue.
As principal at KPMG Strategy, Matthew Hamory works with retail clients, providing relevant professional services and solutions. He works to create and implement effective customer and market strategies, helping his clients adapt and evolve.
In his spare time, Matthew Hamory enjoys distance running, regularly participating in local 5Ks, 10Ks, and half-marathons.
