As a principal I provide strategic leadership and management support to a team of vice principals and teachers.

Particularly with regards to hiring, administration, communication, facilities, budgeting, operations, licensing, program policy, scheduling & enrollment.

We run a school of 23 staff & 130 students (18mths to 6yrs)

  • Started off as a Senior Teacher and received mentoring from a Mentor Principal. I have grew professionally and achieved a 2 year license for the centre on my first licensing task.
  • Assisting the Centre Principal in evaluating lesson plans, planning and execution of centre events, preparing licensing related documents and doing school tour for potential enrollment.
  • Responsible of full teaching duties.
