He managed the IPO of three early-stage companies along with multiple rounds of funding. Based in New York, Mark Hirschhorn is a graduate of Rutgers Business School, where he received an MBA with a focus on finance and accounting.
Mark Hirschhorn has held senior-level positions at global companies for decades and has extensive experience in sales proceedings. He supervised the sale of ArisGlobal to Nordic Capital, and has been instrumental in the successful execution of three other sales processes and 45 international acquisitions.
Mr. Hirschhorn has extensive experience in the technology sector and has been responsible for building IT departments at several companies. Since 1996, he has been involved with multinational technology companies such as RSL Communications, SkyAuction, and BT Radianz. His background in accounting and finance has served him well in the creation and implementation of many initial business plans, financial projections, budgets, and forecasts for major corporations.
