    o Redesigned and relocated disaster recovery operations from West Chester, PA to Phoenix, AZ.
    • Saved $700,000 in recurring expenses and $800,000 in capital purchases by single sourcing vendor contracts and redesigning the enterprise architecture.
    • Designed and implemented a self-supported VOIP phone system using SIP trunks, replaced independent telephone systems in seven offices with one system resulting in a savings of $90,000 per year.
