The courses studied emphasized the following: adult psychology, communication strategies, project management, management of human resources. The curricula was taught by an international team from: Bonn's German Institute of Adult Education, European Association of Adult Education - EAEA, Brussells, Bucharest's Romanian Institute of Adult Education.
