My responsibilities: • HR team (recruitment process, events for members), • Organization of national and international negotiations tournaments. Achievements: • Creating and managing the relations with various negotiation organizations in Poland, • Creating a negotiation game in a form of live action game for over 50 participants, • Leading a 15-people team during a whole year project.
