Marc Broidy

Over the past two decades, Marc David Broidy has worked in several fields, with much of this time being in leadership positions. For eight years, Marc Broidy served as a trustee at Pitzer College and sat on its board.

With this role, he was involved in governance and worked to advance the mission of the college in a number of areas. In addition, he served as vice-chair of the audit committee and produced a one night ceremony featuring Robert Redford and Ed Begley, Jr. to mark the opening of newly constructed LEED certified dorms.

Concurrently, he joined Cedars-Sinai Hospital as a member of its Board of Governors. Serving in the role for the following 11 years, Marc David Broidy worked on various capital-raising campaigns, with two of these generating over $100 million. He and his colleagues closely collaborated to improve trustee prospects.

A Pitzer College alumnus, he earned his bachelor of arts in theater in 1995. In addition to interning with the prominent Hollywood lighting design firm of Moody Ravitz, Mr. Broidy spent a semester studying in the United Kingdom and a summer studying in Switzerland.
