Luis Perusquia Berrizbeitia has spent the past 25 years leading numerous firms, including a hotel in Acapulco. Serving as its president and chief executive officer, Luis Perusquia Berrizbeitia oversees all hotel operations, as well as liaises with key investors and partners.
He also ensures that all activities are compliant with brand guidelines and state and federal laws. In addition to this work, he has an extensive background in construction. Since 1995, Mr. Perusquia Berrizbeitia has held the same roles with Azul Real Estate and iConstruction. With the former, he manages residential and commercial real estate developments.
In addition, he is responsible for strategic and financial planning, alongside performing risk assessments. Luis Perusquia Berrizbeitia holds the same responsibilities with iConstruction.
