I am a business lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, developed both in high-profile Law Firms and in leading international leading multinational Corporations.
I have been working in a wide variety of business sectors worldwide, ranging from telecommunications to media, software, IT, broadband technologies, electronics and automotive.

- As General Counsel, I lead a multi-disciplinary team helping business functions and people of the Group to craft strategic projects, develop business and create awareness of being part of a leading company.
- I manage a cross-functional internal team of 7 people worldwide and a network of external consultants. Areas of responsibility:
Legal support to the business: creation from scratch of (i) an effective legal service tool by means of a broad set of contractual drafts available on Group intranet and (ii) an electronic archive for filing of contracts from all over the world.
Intellectual Property: 28 new patents filed in 2018 (on a total of 168 patents); innovative online anti-fake activity (case-study in the Industry: prevented € millions of fake products' revenues in 2018).
Human Resources: management of the dismissal of 11 top managers in recent years (100% transactions, 0 conflicts in Court); definition of templates of labour contracts and non-competition agreements consistent with applicable laws and business requirements.
Governance: design of operative delegations to managers: from the role of board members to mid-level managers; creation of a new tool for creation, training and spread out of company procedures Adoption of up-to-date Anti-bribery and Whistleblowing worldwide policies, adaptation to the new Privacy regulations (GDPR).
Company Secretary: Secretary of the Board of the Holding Company: average 4 Board meetings and 2 Shareholders' meetings per year; with reference to the other Group Companies (24 legal entities), supervision and verification of all major resolutions.
Internal Audit: creation from scratch of the Internal Audit Function. Definition of scope of work of annual Internal Audit plan, leading activities of the Audit Team, supervising action plans which follow Internal Audit results (about 12 audit projects per year).
M&A: created 8 new companies in the last 5 years in Czech Republic, Poland, United Arab Emirates, China, India, Brazil and Mexico; dealt with many M&A projects all over the world, not only in the automotive sector. - Further, I am Member of the Supervisory Board (Organismo di Vigilanza) of the Company (as per Italian Legislative Decree no. 231).
- In addition, in the interest of the holding GGG S.p.a., I deal with high priority legal matters, such as many M&A deals in other sectors (banking, luxury goods, fashion, web app, etc.).
