Experiences

In a cross-functional SCRUM team, I'm contributing to the design, implementation, and evolution of microservices and features, paying attention in Product Design.
Developing with GO, Restful API, DDD, TDD and CQRS patterns.
Exploring also the event-driven architecture with Kafka as event bus and dealing with datastores such as PostgreSQL, Redis and Elasticsearch.

My role was to lead an Agile team of backend and frontend after I attended an important course for tech leaders.
I followed people with weekly 1-1s, performance reviews, retrospectives, grooming and OKRs with the PO and Business Director.
Created a team culture based on continuous-feedback, cohesion, healthy values and rules, collaborating with Agile Reloaded Coaches.
The team uses Symfony, Node, Vue, Angular, and React with Typescript, in either TDD / DDD and CQRS patterns and Helm to manage Kubernetes apps.

Designed microservices starting from the architecture design, code development to the deploying process, with very high traffic and low response time.

Developed with Go following DDD, TDD (unit / integration tests) and CQRS pattern, Kafka Event Streaming, Postgres and Stored Procedures, Terraform for IaaS, deploy with Spinnaker, and Kubernetes cluster management.

At ProntoPro, a hyper-growth startup based in Milan, I strongly contributed to the country's expansion for Spain and France.
Developed backend features in Symfony and GO with Squad-based Agile teams like Spotify.

Developed a universal templating system for white labels for the metasearch of flights, hotels, and cars writing backend infrastructure and API with Laravel Framework, SASS with B.E.M., and Vue.
Created "code standards" guide for the development team, following all PHP PSR standards B.E.M structure for SASS, and a Vue.js 'best-practice guide' to leverage complex data manipulation.

I was in charge of establishing the company's technical vision and leading its technological development.
I've completely rebuilt Meritocracy starting from the ground and dropping the first lines of code, and i've provided the technical environment that let us to launch a well-designed website with strong scalable approach, learning best security protocols.
