- Conceptualized, completed and successfully created the initial framework for studies in emerging markets at Baylor University where there was none prior
- Organized all details concerning housing, visa, and travel arrangements and coordinated with professor and Vietnamese university leaders on school and conference matters
- Composed briefings on recent academic research regarding the modern Vietnamese economy, ultimately using the data to identify trends in trade, banking and future M&A activity to come with ASEAN economic integration
- Engaged with scholars and researchers from different countries and cultures originating from Europe, Southeast Asia and Oceania
