He subsequently transitioned into senior operational leadership, where he drove strategic transformation, digital innovation, and strong business performance across multiple global organizations.
His expertise is grounded in a deep understanding of the forces reshaping markets today — from deglobalization and shifting consumer behavior to the accelerating rise of artificial intelligence. He is a respected thought leader who writes and speaks on the leadership of global companies, the evolving consumer landscape across the full spectrum from seed to shelf to fork to care, and the transformative role of technology in business.
