L'Oréal, one of the largest companies in France, is the world's largest manufacturer of high-quality cosmetics, perfumes, hair care, and skin care products.
I was in charge of consolidating the current Exchange 2003/BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4 infrastructure to the new Exchange 2010/BES5 infrastructure. Unlike Exchange 2003 infrastructure where administrative groups (and consequently servers) were split according to entities (50), the Exchange 2010 environment consolidates and centralizes all users EMEA (35.000).
