This program aims the acquisition of general and scientific knowledge in public affairs and in international relations. It included a multidisciplinary education ( law, economics, political science) and focuses on the concepts, theories , schools of thought, institutions and organizations. This baccalaureate give the ability to understand and analyze the multisectoral aspects of phenomena. The program also focuses on the development of professional competencies for collection , analysis and processing of information .
