A graduate of Canada’s University of Western Ontario, Kevin Beigel holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in political science. He has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario (previously, the Law Society of Upper Canada) since 1996, and holds active certifications through this organization as both a certified specialist in immigration law and as a foreign legal consultant. In 2001, Kevin Beigel gained ongoing admittance to practice through the New York Court’s Appellate Division (Third Department) and the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. He is also a member of both the New York and Massachusetts state bar organizations.
Working in Toronto for the majority of his career, Kevin Beigel has held staff positions with the law offices of Mamann, Sandaluk, & Kingwell and Bush, Frankel, & White. From 2004 to 2009, he represented both corporate and individual clients as an immigration attorney and partner with Guberman, Garson, & Bush.
Since moving on from Guberman, Garson, & Bush in 2009, he has served as the founder and senior attorney with the business immigration and cross-border legal services provider, Beigel Law. This Toronto-based firm handles immigration issues in both Canada and the United States.
