About Me
A longtime Massachusetts resident with diverse professional experience, Kenneth DeRoche got his professional start as an aviation electrician and a plane captain in the United States Navy. He subsequently studied criminal justice at the University of Massachusetts (UMass), where he played varsity football and maintained a GPA of 3.5. After earning his bachelor of science in 1996, Kenneth DeRoche remained at UMass to secure his master of arts.

He went on to serve a decade as a police officer with the City of Lowell, Massachusetts. As part of the Community Response Unit, he engaged in community policing in high crime areas with a focus on citizens who suffer from issues related to drug and alcohol dependency.

Kenneth DeRoche has also operated his own commercial cleaning company and served as a refrigeration service manager with both GSD/Thermo and Lenox Martell. His work with Lenox Martell placed him in charge of 12 field technicians and an internal service coordinator. Today, he works as a service manager with CVI, where he oversees the execution of large projects, monitors productivity, and trains first-shift staff.
