Ken Termini is a seasoned professional whose career spans the pharmaceutical industry and high school basketball coaching, combining his expertise in leadership with a passion for mentoring others. After graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 1987, Ken began his professional journey at Revlon before finding his long-term home at Forest Pharmaceuticals. Over the next 27 years, Ken worked his way up, excelling in various sales and management roles. He earned all three of the company’s significant awards: Rookie of the Year, Representative of the Year, and Sales Manager of the Year.
Ken’s leadership skills were also showcased in his work in government affairs. He led the State Government Affairs Department and later directed the Federal Public Policy & Government Affairs Department, playing a critical role during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. He retired at 50 after concluding his career at Forest Laboratories (now Allergan), achieving his goal through careful financial planning and long-term execution.
Parallel to his pharmaceutical career, Ken Termini was also an avid high school basketball coach. Coaching gave him valuable insights into leadership and teamwork, where he learned to inspire and motivate others toward a common goal. These skills helped shape his approach to management, teaching him the importance of discipline, resilience, and collaboration. Ken now applies these lessons to mentoring college students, guiding them to leverage their experiences and stand out in job interviews. Today, Ken is focused on helping young professionals successfully navigate the competitive job market.
