• Interact with vendors in evaluating applicant tracking systems, assessment testing tools, background checking and interactive career website development.
• Train Recruiters on effective recruitment techniques, with objectives of process efficiencies, quality of hire and other metrics that improve a positive candidate experience during the selection process.
• Consult to employers on best practice talent acquisition and retention strategies to increase internal recruiter productivity and effectiveness.
