- • Piloted the adoption of a new FMEA management solution, developing training materials, and conducted sessions to introduce the AIAG-VDA FMEA process and the new software to group leaders and colleagues. Additionally, from the previous experience in DFMEA library creation, led the creation of foundation FMEAs (AIAG-VDA standard) across various product groups using a common platform to align processes and leverage cross-product knowledge.
- Tasked with adapting the enterprise-wide Product Development Process (PDP) to the specific needs of the business unit. Conducted collaborative sessions with group leaders to map product-specific workflows, developed a standardized PDP tailored to the business group's operations, while maintaining alignment with the enterprise-wide guidelines. Drafted and shared the finalized PDP standard with the product development office for implementation.
- Designed, developed and managed a diverse portfolio of interconnect solutions for the general market as well as customized solutions for specific customers
- Identified and conceptualized customer needs, prepared and delivered impactful presentations to communicate solutions and recommendations to the customer, and answered technical queries
- Led the manufacturing team to produce functional products on a timely basis while giving consideration to manufacturing limitations
- Steered standardization program to align the department’s product development process with the corporate guidelines as well as industry quality standards, streamlining the process for higher efficiency
- Analyzed past product failures and created a library of potential failure modes and effects along the guidelines of AIAG (4th edition)
- Transferred key products for mass production by ensuring that all documents are up to date, by reviewing with plant operations and quality assurance that controls are met and by driving the testing facility for a timely completion of the qualification process
