About Me
Since January 2020 Dr. Kathryn Dardeck has served as an adjunct faculty member at William James College (formerly The Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology) where she teaches family therapy and introduction to family systems. In this role Dr. Kathryn Dardeck utilizes the Canvas learning management system to teach online classes and residencies to undergraduate psychology students. She creates and gives lectures, facilitates discussions and provides constructive feedback on posts, papers and discussions.

Prior to this Dr. Dardeck spent fourteen years employed by Walden University, where she first taught courses as an online contributing faculty (adjunct) in the counseling graduate programs for six years while maintaining a full time clinical practice. She subsequently became a full time, core faculty member in the clinical psychology blended (online and in-person) doctoral program for eight years. Using the Blackboard technology online platform, she primarily taught Ethics and Standards of Psychological Practice, as well as Consultation and Supervision, and served as the lead faculty for both courses. She provided content in each subject area of expertise (lectures), facilitated discussions on relevant topics, and provided constructive feedback on posts, papers, and discussions. Dr. Kathy Dardeck served as the subject matter expert in the creation of multiple courses, in addition to overseeing other faculty as they developed courses in various areas of psychology. Additionally, she mentored many doctoral students as they wrote their dissertations. While at Walden, she was a faculty excellence award nominee.

Kathy Dardeck also earned several accolades outside of the university, including the Ezra Saul Psychological Service Award, which was given by the Massachusetts Psychological Association.
