With a background in engineering and design, and experience in a variety of industries, I bring a depth of knowledge and understanding to the classroom. I have worked with students ranging in age from 10 to 50 and enjoy making complex problems more manageable for all learning levels.
Worked on every aspect of a project from initial design, to assisting with wiring and control panel production on the factory floor, and finally with field installation, testing and commissioning.
Electrical and hydraulic design packages for underground cable systems and remote monitoring systems.
Instruction manuals and product documentation for testing and daily operations.
Data collection and analysis for cable loading study.
Designed graphics for marketing materials. Put together brochures and display graphics/text for trade shows. Helped design and build the company website.
Prepared and managed booth during the IEEE Expo in New York City in 2005.
