With a background in engineering and design, and experience in a variety of industries, I bring a depth of knowledge and understanding to the classroom. I have worked with students ranging in age from 10 to 50 and enjoy making complex problems more manageable for all learning levels.

Assisted in planning four different cross-curricular project-based learning units for the 6th grade that include a driving question, classroom activities, guest speakers, and field trips.
Actively incorporate inquiry based learning activities in the classroom.
Averaged more than a year's growth (9 points) between Fall and Winter NWEA MAP tests (nationally normed).
Sponsored multiple clubs including yearbook, MESA, and Botball Robotics.
Responsible for bringing Botball Robotics and the Colorado Regional Botball Competition to JSAA in 2012.
