With a background in engineering and design, and experience in a variety of industries, I bring a depth of knowledge and understanding to the classroom. I have worked with students ranging in age from 10 to 50 and enjoy making complex problems more manageable for all learning levels.

Integration of new office management software, including the Alert internal Wiki.
Technical support and troubleshooting for Alert software customers, concerning Linux, Unix and Windows server network issues, networked printing systems and integrated software products to Alert’s baseline package (VSIfax, ID Scan, Next Century Printing).
