About Me
While working toward her master of science in library and information studies at Florida State University, Julie Bill earned multiple scholarships and excelled in the fields of information architecture and organization. She graduated with honors in 2007 and found employment as a supervisor at the East County Regional Library in Fort Myers, Florida. After serving 4 years at East County Regional, Julie Bill relocated to Los Angles, California, where she worked as a librarian with several different general and specialized institutions and organizations, including the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles.
In addition to her work at the Musicians Institute, Julie Bill has led metadata services for the Fox Corporation since October of 2019. Her responsibilities at Fox have centered on the development and management of the organization’s comprehensive master data management system. In addition to overseeing its initial launch, she integrated a number of Fox business and information technology partners as they joined the system.
Outside of the professional environment, Ms. Bill is a photographer, author, and musician. She stays fit by engaging in activities such as running, yoga, hiking, and scuba diving.
