Creation, revision and update of template documents

Managed the logistic and administrative support of the two units

Organised meetings to prepare the activities on time
Prepared, coordinated and worked with the different teams of activity leaders
Managed difficulties between parents, between activity leaders, sometimes between children
Gave feedbacks to the team

Assisted the administration department
Managed some parts of events organised during the year: reception, logistic support.

Led and managed activities such as dance performances and concerts

Company Description

This is a shared flat whose members organise activities linked to dance.

Entertained children every Saturday afternoon with a team of four
Ran the administration for the group: checked the insurances, booked camp places, sent the invitations
Organised events to finance the different activities for the children

Attended management meetings
Stored and organised mails, reports, documentation
