Juan Monteverde is a New York-based securities attorney and the head of the law firm Monteverde & Associates — a national class action firm working to protect against corporate misconduct. The firm’s primary focus is on protecting shareholder rights, often in merger cases. In the course of representing his clients, the attorney has recovered substantial damages and improved the details of numerous merger transactions.
