Juan Carlos Benitez is a Guam/Saipan-based executive who directs the Latte Training Academy and oversees efforts to boost the economy throughout the northern Marianas Islands in areas such as health, IT technology, accounting, and hospitality. The leadership of Juan Carlos Benitez extends to the Washington Pacific Economic Development Group, LLC, where he pursues federal funding sources that enable development.
The accomplishments of Mr. Benitez include enabling Saipan Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects. He also served as advisory counsel to Docomo Pacific when that company installed a 26 million dollars underwater fiber-optic cable system to connect Guam and the Northern Marianas and provide advanced communications capacities across diverse islands. He has extensive experience in matters related to defense and cooperation among U.S. Pacific territories.
His professional background includes a position with Cassidy & Associates guiding a program that bolstered the United States-Equatorial Guinea relationship. Mr. Benitez recently served on the Trump Campaign National Hispanic Advisory Council, focusing on election messaging that reached not only the Puerto Rican community in Florida, New York and Pensilvania, but the entire Hispanic Community as a whole, from Guam to Puerto Rico.
