Key activities: > Responsible for creating, developing, upgrading business reports, dashboards and data visualizations via IBM Cognos Analytics and Excel solutions, based on clients' needs and business specification, through the implementation and testing phase > Collaborating with business users to translate requirements into coherent solutions > Preparing and maintaining documentation regarding the BI solutions, including user manuals, requirements etc. > Identifying and resolving BI-report issues > Managing the deployment of data through upgrading phases > Performing quantitative and qualitative business analysis
