An experienced financial services professional, Joshua Wander has spent over a decade working in the Florida structured finance sector as an executive with firms specializing in esoteric assets. Mr. Wander is currently managing partner of 777 partners, a Miami, Florida-based investment firm he founded in 2015 which takes controlling positions in sector companies with the goal of providing liquid returns to high net worth individual and private equity investors. In his capacity as managing partner, Mr. Wander is responsible for growth and business development. Additionally, he is active in the management of the firm's 10 portfolio companies operating in the litigation finance, structured settlement, and consumer lending sectors.
Since 2010, Mr. Wander has also served as the president of SuttonPark Capital where has been instrumental in building the firm into the largest aggregator of life contingent assets, structured settlements, and lottery winnings in the industry. The firm has amassed $1 billion in structured settlement products on its balance sheet and manages $1 billion more on behalf of major financial institutions. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Wander is active in his community supporting a number of nonprofits and charitable organizations, including the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, Mount Sinai Hospital, and the University of Miami.
