An experienced manager, Joseph Saganski is a former plant manager at Swan Products in Waco, Texas. Serving in the role for over a decade, Joseph Saganski oversaw 250 employees and was responsible for $80 million in sales, alongside a further $45 million in inventory.
Before this, he held a similar role with Ameriform, where he had five employees directly under him and a further 120 people indirectly reporting to him. While there, Mr. Saganski used 5s implementation, a waste minimization process, to reduce the amount of unnecessary waste and scrap.
He also has experience with TAG Leer Truck Caps, where he spent six years as a corporate mold and facilities manager. In the position, Joseph Saganski oversaw three divisions across four buildings. He was responsible for product development and engineering.
A Davenport University graduate, he has a bachelor of arts in business. Outside his career, he likes golfing and is an avid angler who enjoys fly-fishing.
