An experienced financial services professional, John Salib holds a bachelor of arts in biology from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, and a masters of business administration from Columbia University in New York City. Over the course of his career, John Salib has served as a partner in the alternative-asset-firm Landmark Advisors and as a fixed-income associate in both the New York City and Tokyo offices of Salomon Smith Barney.
He currently serves as the managing partner of Castellan Real Estate Partners, a New York City firm that has invested approximately $750 million in real estate since its inception. In 2009, John Salib managed a Castellan team that developed a targeted acquisition platform to take specific advantage of market dispositions in the wake of the financial crisis of 2008.
When he isn’t working, Mr. Salib is an avid world traveler. He also enjoys skiing and playing tennis.
