He is further qualified by the PA Department of Labor and Industry in the Accessibility, Building, Electrical, Energy, Fire, Mechanical, and Plumbing code enforcement trades.
In addition to leading two engineering consulting agencies, Mr. Stoppi serves as an expert forensics consultant for lawyers, contractors, insurance firms, and building owners. As a reflection of his commitment to furthering his knowledge and staying up to date on code regulations, he actively enrolls in up to 15 professional development hours every year, covering essential areas such as ethics and engineering.
John Stoppi’s licensing as a recognized code enforcement agency (Saturn Inspection Agency) and Master Code Professional contribute to his work with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. He heads the Saturn Inspection Agency, which serves as a third-party code enforcement agency for the state. His other company, John P. Stoppi Jr., PE, FPE, offers diverse services to public and private construction projects, including smoke control systems and structural masonry inspection.
