About Me
John Mangan is a graduate of Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law, where he earned his juris doctor in 2000. Since graduating, John Mangan has operated several firms across Carlisle, PA, such as a law office that he established in 2004.
With the firm, he focused on several areas, such as children and youth-focused cases. During this time, Mr. Mangan would also gain experience in criminal defense and civil litigation.
