1986 to 2007
John Lasseter joined Pixar in 1986 when it was sold to Steve Jobs. Lasseter recieved his first Academy Award in 1988 for his animated short Tin Toy.
In 1991 Pixar begin creating films for Disney and Lasseter created classics such as Toy Story, A Bugs Life, Cars, Finding Nemo, and many more.
