A business professional and entrepreneur with diverse experience, Jerrold “Jerry” Shipman oversees operations as president of JWS Enterprises, Inc., a company he founded in 2005. Under the direction of Jerrold “Jerry” Shipman, the company owns New York City-based Eastside Billiards and Bar and facilitates a range of real estate purchases and sales. Previously, he held a variety roles such as serving as a territory manager for the Armed Forces Benefit Association from 2002 to 2005 and as a personal assistant to the Massachusetts Attorney General from 1999 to 2001.
Mr. Shipman dedicates his time and resources to hosting annual charitable functions at Eastside Billiards and Bar to help support inner-city children and fundraise for cancer benefit organizations. He also rescues dogs in need of homes, and is a youth baseball, hockey, soccer, basketball coach. Jerry serves on the Shelburne, VT little league Board of Directors.
Jerrold Shipman earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. Away from work, he enjoys a range of personal interests including skiing, fishing, golfing, traveling, and playing men's league baseball and hockey.
