About Me
An accomplished business developer and public servant, Jennifer Soto most recently served as chief operating officer of a government agency based in Kissimmee, Florida. From 2012 to 2021, she managed a $13 million budget, helped formulate policies and organizational objectives, and reviewed and approved all contracts for the agency. Jennifer Soto’s responsibilities with the agency also included conducting performance evaluations of administrative staff and participating in the appeals process for employee discipline issues.
Ms. Soto spent several years as the director of financial aid at Florida Technical College. In addition to completing fiscal reports for governmental agencies and compiling monthly reports for review, she communicated with other departmental heads to optimize the student experience. She also monitored existing budgets.
Ms. Soto earned an associate of paralegal studies from the Interboro Institute. A student at Valencia College since 2020, she is currently pursuing a bachelor of science in business administration. Outside of school, she enjoys salsa dancing and participating in CrossFit competitions.
