Design the global architecture of the solution and manage the project (4 people team): developpement of a real time monitoring system for the wafers production lines based on a web service architecture JAVA vs C/C++, on top of a proprietary message bus (DMBX - FastTech) and the Struts framework. Monitor accelerated workshops to get business and technical requirements. XP-like project management
