  Global IS Transformation Project running over 10 years : transformation of the core business application 10 millions code lines big and of the 120 satellite other business applications.
  
  Lead Entreprise Architect in charge of supporting client IS teams in their organisation, tasks, objectives, methodologies and interaction.
  
  Steering of 8 main streams in order to direct the global program in terms of functionnal and technical architectures.
  Team of 15 architects (software, functionnal, solution and entreprise architects).

  • target IS components definition (MDM, BRMS, BPM, SSO, etc...).
  • Definition of the target high availibilty architecture for the database postgresql. prototype and benchmark.
  • MDM tools benchmark. definition of the target Master database logical pattern.
  • GUI technological target architecture definition : benchmark in beetween different options (javascript Simple page, GWT, SWT, JSF, etc.)
  • Support of the internal architecture team in the definition of the methodologies to push up during the IS transformation : TOGAF, IAF, SOA, etc.
