An accomplished entrepreneur in Nigeria, Mr. Jay Ogor divides his time between leading two companies: JandL Oil and Gas Limited and Raeanna Nigeria Limited. Mr.Jay Ogor founded both of these businesses more than a decade ago, and has served as CEO throughout their existence, driving the operational services of both companies to be a major player in their various sector.
Raeanna Nigeria limited operates within the Nigerian telecommunication industry. Mr. Ogor is responsible for overseeing 250 staff members as well as day-to-day operational services of the organisation through his executive / management team. By taking a hands-on management approach in the business, he transformed the company into a multimillion-dollar success story and with the collaboration with Airtel Nigeria, made it the first in Nigeria company to launch the most awaited telephony/broadband network for rural communities across Nigeria and other African countries. Further, Mr. Jay Ogor partnered with a Nigerian communication commission to create and launch a rural broadband initiative. In addition to managing his employees, he oversees both of these initiatives and manages the collection of data and the rollout operations to ensure a quick and rapid deployment of network to these unserved communities across Nigeria.
Meanwhile, at JandL Oil and Gas, Jay Ogor manages 170 staff members within the drilling, marine services, fabrication and maintenance services, Well intervention services. Beyond the scope of these operations, he manages the company’s offshore operations and handles pipeline laying, drilling, Barges and Houseboat operations, Vessel operations and procurement services. Over the years, JandL Oil & Gas limited, has earned various awards from Nigerian IOCs and other operators in their excellent services.
