Now possessing more than two decades of experience as an attorney, James "Jay" Davis III laid the foundation for his career by serving as a specialist and indirect fire infantryman in the US Army. During his time in the armed forces, James "Jay" Davis III earned distinction as an honor graduate in four schools, including battalion.
After the Army, he enrolled in the University of West Georgia, where he received a bachelor's degree in English in 1993. The following year, he entered the law program at the Georgia State University College of Law. In addition to working full-time while a student, he attained his juris doctor within 3 years.
In 1997, he established his own law firm in Villa Rica, Georgia. His practice areas include real property, commercial transactions, and elder law. Additionally, he has overseen a team of 10 employees for more than a decade and developed numerous properties into senior communities in the Villa Rica area.
