Responsibilities personnel (HSE):• Recruitment• Developing:- Personnel Consulting/ training/ information/ instruction/ mediation and conflict solutions/ communicating with all employees at all levels.- Focus on working environment and coordination of the various professions• Systematic monitoring of Preikestolen Mountain Lodge HSE system, including:- Development, implementation and updating of the Internal Regulations- Risk assessment and mapping- Raise awareness and highlight HSE risk for employees

Reception Manager/ Receptionist:- Customer Care/ Booking/ Conferences- Training staff- Organising staff/ meetings/ Work Lists- Creating procedures, ensure that procedures are followed up- Documentation- Reporting
